Neiman C. Young is an executive coach, retired U.S. Army officer, and former public sector executive with over two decades of leadership experience. After serving 23 years in the military, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and command of a Special Operations company, he transitioned into local government leadership. He later served as Assistant City Manager for Corpus Christi, Texas, where he oversaw large-scale operations, including hundreds of employees and major municipal budgets. Today, Dr. Young focuses on executive coaching and nonprofit work centered on helping senior leaders prioritize self-care, resilience, and sustainable performance.
